Resumen

El adenocarcinoma hepatoide gástrico es un tumor maligno de baja incidencia, se describen asociados a aumento de alfa-fetoproteína y tienen pobre pronóstico.

Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 44 años que en un contexto de síndrome de impregnación se evidencian múltiples lesiones hepáticas asociadas al aumento de alfa-fetoproteína. El diagnóstico y el tratamiento de estos tumores representan un desafío para el equipo médico.
